Leon Mayer, CEO
Leon Mayer has been a member of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) since 2010, where he refined his ability to accurately assess an investment's value. Working on the NYMEX honed his skill for rapid risk assessment and quick strategic movement; a powerful skill for face-to-face negotiating. Leon also learned how to create a long-term investment plan based on market movements. He started in the Oil Markets, but quickly expanded to precious metals such as platinum, palladium, gold, and silver. To this day he applies these skills in all his endeavors.

In 2013 Leon began financing real estate acquisitions as a passive investor in the United States and abroad, including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida, California, and Israel. In 2016 he completed his first real estate syndication and continues to acquire properties and review different investments.

Leon seeks opportunities that are mutually beneficial and sound investments. His business ethic is inspired by his father, a large platinum trader on the NYMEX, who always said “When everyone makes money, everyone is happy”. Leon ensures that all investors and involved parties are satisfied with all transactions and agreements. Leon maintains outstanding relationships with both sellers and buyers proving his integrity and commitment.
Keved Mayer, COO
Keved Mayer is a graduate of Yeshiva University Stern College for Women and NYU. She majored on public relations and learned how to create and execute effective social media campaigns. She worked for Daddi Brand Communications, a successful PR firm, in New York City. During her time there she worked with various clients to share their company vision through social media campaigns.
In 2021 Keved joined the LQUIFY team as COO. Her role focuses on social media outreach and advertising campaigns. Keved’s unique background gives a fresh perspective on designing new strategies for outreach and optimizing its implementation.

Barry Mayer
Barry Mayer is a Principal Member of Briarwood Capital. BC is a multi-faceted real estate investment organization within the tristate area with holdings in the residential and commercial real-estate properties. Barry served as owner of SHB Clearinghouse for over 20 years, and was renown commodities trader on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
David Klyman
During David's tenure at the Hain Capital hedge fund, he acquired a vast amount of knowledge about financial markets. However, there was a lack of the fundamentals of financial services among the consumers that he was working with. Consequently, he decided to partner with his son in his financial services firm. At Klyman Financial, building client relationships became an integral part of their financial success. With David's guidance, clients not only reached their financial goals but become better educated in the world of finance.
